Iraq "Jobs Program" is Nothing More than Attempted "Nation Building"

President Bush is now going to use our tax dollars to implement a jobs program in Iraq. That's really great - our tax dollars helping Iraqis find jobs. And still the Administration denies it is engaged in "nation building."
